A man (the accused) hit, kicked, and punched the victim (woman) after seeing her dance with another man at a party.

According to the accusation of the Ministry of Public (MP) read by the Presiding Judge, on September 20, 2015, the victim and the accused attended a wedding party after dating for six months.
At the party, the accused told the partner to not dance to which she replied "Yes, I do not want to dance" so she went to the kitchen to see her mother and tell stories.
While in the kitchen the victim’s cousin asked her for a dance which she refused.
Her cousin then came back and asked her to dance again, which she accepted.
After dancing, the accused approached the victim and asked why she danced when she had told him she wouldn’t. She acknowledged that it was her fault and just kept quiet.
The accused verbally abused her to which she replied and they got into a quarrel. The accused then hit the victim.
After the accusation was read the presiding judge called the accused to provide a statement, but he was quiet and accepted the facts read out.
The president judge then called for the victim to give her statement. She said they were no longer in a relationship.
"We are not in relationship anymore and we are fine," she said.
After hearing the declarations, the president judge decided to impose an administrative sentence on the accused.
